To initiate a refund, contact our customer support team at contact@novasense-usa.store with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or defective. In cases of damaged or defective products, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
We offer exchanges for different scent variants within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at contact@novasense-usa.store to arrange an exchange.
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
